Greetings to all from somewhere in Upstate NY,
More of a cider guy here, been making my own for several years now, but now expanding into new territory with kegs and figured it was time to make an account here after years of being directed here from the Google-lords. Currently have two batches going, one that is my standard go-to, and one seeing what happens with D47 and a few pounds of brown sugar. The regular batch is about ready for secondary.
