I am a Russian guy who now lives in Ecuador, Quito. I am a big fan of craft beer and a beginner in brewing. Also I am researching the theme of opening a local brewery. Unfortunately as I understood it is hard to start such kind of business because of prices and availability of everything. So if there is someone from Ecuador who can help or give advice about where to buy equipment and ingredients - I will be very grateful!
