Just put my first batch of homebrew into bottles (Dunkelweizen!) Can't wait to drink the first bottle. Found the recipe for Chocolate Coated Beavr Nutz on the forum and am itching to get another batch going, it will be my first attempt at all grain. Was thinking about priming this one with honey instead of corn sugar. Hmmm peanut butter, chocolate and honey.

Welcome! Sounds like a great recipe, but to be honest, I don't know how much honey character you will get with amount required for priming. Not that there is anything wrong with using honey for priming.

Also, I recently went to Mt. Pleasant Brewing and they blended a Rasberry Wheat with a Peanut Butter Stout to make a peanut butter and jelly stout. It wasn't really too bad!
