As the title says, greetings from the land down under. I just started my second batch (An extract English Strong Bitter) and thought it was about time I stopped lurking and jumped in!
My current setup is a standard coopers fermenter, home made wort chiller and hand capper. It's great for now, but I'm investing in a bottling bucket / secondary shortly. Progress
