Greetings! Fermentation and brewing enthusiast here

Hello everyone! My name's Rivaldi, I started my first fermentation (wine) a few months ago, and ever since then I've been getting more and more curious about the art of fermentation. Then I thought to myself that I should probably join a community, I tried reddit, but it doesn't feel like an actual community where people share their knowledge/experiences with each other (it was more like a bunch of QnA sessions)
Hopefully I can learn more about how brewing works as well, I might do some experimentations to understand how it really works in the microbial scale
