Hi everyone! Long time brewer and forum stalker from the northwoods of Minnesota here! My current preference is where I only brew all-grain, and then keg it. Sanitizing bottles is not something I'd ever like to do on a regular basis again. Long time dream is to open a small brewery and taphouse but have no idea where to start, so for now I've been learning as much as possible, perfecting my own recipes, and designing logos. Any advice is always welcome!
