Great Concept

A friend of mine told me about a place in Stuart Florida that sells beer making supplies. The neat thing about the place is that you can brew on the premises. After you brew, they store your beer (12.5 gallons) in their cooler and you come back in a few weeks and bottle your beer. This is great for someone who dont want to invest in the equipment.
They also have a nice pub with their brews and a nice selection of micro brews.

This isn't a new concept... there are place all over that do this sort of thing. I don't think they are particularly profitable unless they are attached to some other source of revenue (brew shop, pub, etc.) like this one is.

Yep, pretty common in Oregon.

We had Brew It Up restaurant in Sacramento that did this and they went out of business.

Google "BOP". Such places have been around for decades...
