Okay, I'm brewing a hefe. Made a yeast starter, got an awesome, aggressive fermentation. A week and a half later, I checked the gravity. Reading was around 1.013. Perfect. Bottled today. Forgot to take a gravity reading before I started bottling, but figured its fine since the last reading I took was right at the gravity I wanted to be. I finally took a sample from the very last beer that I bottled. Gravity was 1.030! I know for sure the reading I took on Tuesday was right. No way it could have gone up. Is it due to the priming sugar? The sample was taken at the bottom of the bucket. Ideas? Should I worry?

It can increase a bit from the priming sugar but not 17 points. Did you mix the sugar thoroughly when you bottled?
