Hello brewer

i have a small question about how long can i storage milled grains? i already milled 5 kg of malts to make a porter and another 4.5kg to make a altbier, this was about 4 months ago, they are stored in a sealed plastic bag since i milled.

are this malts still good to make good beer?

thanks for you time. cheers.

keep in the fridge but use them quick...once milled they age fast.

whole grain will store for years if kept cool and dry.
