Just wanted to say hello. Just started brewing in December. Three batches done, two beer kits, one extract recipe kind of made up on the fly. We'll see how that one turns out, racking to secondary later this week.
The place has been a huge help with my research, so a late thank you, a hello, and I'll be here more often than not I'm sure.
