Mash went great! I got 85% effenciency. Just added first hop addition.

I mash inside. I boil in garage with my 11 gal pot. The pot on the stove is my sparge water heating up. No reason to waste propane on strike and sparge water.

I do the exact same thing. I heat all of my waters inside on the stove. Gas is a whole lot cheaper than propane!

Yes I woke up at 6 and started to mash around 645. I made a black IPA OG 1076, should be tasty.
