the first beer in jamil and john's book is,"ander-stone lite" It calls for light LME and Rice Syrup. The thing is that my local shop does not have rice syrup,and online I can only find rice syrup solids (if that's the same thing?) and it seems pricy to me. I see that many vendors offer corn, is that the same? I just want to make this true to style and not get ripped off in the process. thanks

rice solids is the the DME version of rice syrup
