Hey guys,
Wanted some feedback on a Scotch Ale recipe I'm planning on brewing this weekend.
Ingredients:
22L batch
1.072 SG
Mashing at 66.7C for 60 minutes. 90 minute boil
Yeast: Probably one or two packs of US-05. Unless I decide to go for the Wyeast Scotch Ale yeast...
