So I made an extract kit batch of an english barley wine in which I used too much water and resulted in an a 1.072 vs. the expected 1.086. It's been in the fermenter a week and I took a gravity reading of 1.021. According to an ABV calculator, this will give me a 6.6% beer vs. the 8.3% expected. I plan to dry hop it in 2 weeks for a week's time, before bottling. Before I do that, is there something I could add between then bring up the kick of this beer?

You could feed it sugar/agave/molasses etc and bring up the abv I would think. I fed an IPA that came in a little low on OG 1.5lb of agave nectar 9 days in.
