Soo.. i brewed this today.
6kg pale malt
500g munic 2
20g cascade hops @60 min
10g -------||----------@ 30 min
10 -------||----------@ 5 min
500g ginger root @ 5 min
i used WLP 001 with a 2l starter batch size 5gal
Any tought on this one?
