gifts from the GABF

So one of my best friends, as many of you know, is the head brewer at Old Burnside Brewing Co. A small local Hartford Brewery that does a great job with only a few brews here in New England. Well, he went (as he always does, the bastard) to the GABF and brought me home the best care package this year!

I got:

two GABF sample glasses, for the collection
an autographed copy of Sam Calagione's new book, extreme brewing
an autographed copy of Randy Moser's radical brewing
a wooden GABF plaque signed by Charlie Papazian
a couple of beer related documentaries
and the best, a photo from one of the dinners with my friend Joe, Zoko from zoks homebrew (he's a legend in New England), Papazian, Moser, and Calagione signed by all saying wish you were here.

I feel like a kid on Christmas!

Sorry to brag, I am just tickled to get such a nice package. Now I might need to build a bigger bar to showcase more schwag...

Yeah me too! I'm going for sure next year. Pretty sure I gonna be pouring for Olde Burnside at least one session.
