I'm looking at brewing a GF Christmas beer using sorghum extract as the base. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes they had tried and that worked well, or any advice on what works and what doesn't...
I've brewed a few beers with sorghum before and was thinking of using orange peel and some Christmassy spices (cinnamon, ginger).
