Well , I haven't brewed any GF chestnut beer in about 3 years now. When I started this project I wanted the world to see it could be done and the out come would be a great tasting brew. After that was done I stopped brewing because I don't drink. All the raves I got were from people with a great palate for beer. I still sell my beer chips all over the US. I had to stop sending to breweries because they depleted my inventories and I couldn't take care of my loyal home brewers. I'll probably run out of chips again after the first of the year [ late March]until 2014 crop has dried down enough to process. My method of slow air drying allows the nut meat to develop it's full potential for making beer chips. Chestnuts are not a true nut. They are a fruit and that why they are GF and sweet tasting. leeinwa
