I just checked my two bottle conditioning batches that I used gelatin in...both have "floaties" in the beer and clinging to the sides of the bottle. never had it in any other brews. if I tap the bottle it starts falling , I turned one bottle upside down and back upright again and the beer went completely cloudy.

did you cold crash before bottling? its possible you pulled some sediment off the bottom and unless your filtering your beer your going to have some sediment.

yes I cold crashed.. This isn't sediment like normal, it is clinging to the sides of the bottles and when moved at all it makes the beer go very cloudy.looks awful, but hope the taste isn't ruined.

I'd be willing to bet you sucked up a little bit of gelatin, it'll settle out when you chill the bottle.

Give it about 48hrs in the fridge and it should drop out, if it doesn't then you've created one heck of a jello shot!
