I'm Joe, livin the dream on the Sunshine Coast , Qld Australia.

I was a home brewer a few years back and got sick of washing bottles. My interest was rekindled about 6 months ago when my partners son wanted to start making craft beers, plus I scored a great keg fridge that negated the need for bottle washing!!!

I dusted off the fermenter and put down a basic can brew , kegged it and totally enjoyed drinking it!!

I am in the process of making a closed conical fermenter to further inprove my beer.

my last brews have been a cascade hopped real ale, a wies wheat beer, and a couple of strong ales made on honey.
