Was going to make rouge dead guy ale but the pacman yeast needs to ferment at 60f and I have american hefe in the fridge at 68f. So I want to use the malts as a base and change the hops and I got some California v ale yeast to ferment it at 68 with and want to try galaxy hops. Not sure what to hop it at. What would you do?

Malts
8 pounds 2 row
2 pounds Munich
1 pound crystal 15l

Hops I have
Magnum .5 oz
Willamette 1.5 oz
Millennium .75 oz
Cascade 1.25 oz
Ahtanum 2 oz
Simcoe 2 oz
Perle 1 oz
Czech saaz 1 oz
Galaxy 2 oz
Warrior .75 oz

Oh, this is easy.

Magnum or Warrior at 60 min, then some combination of Ahtanum/Galaxy/Simcoe at 15 min, flameout, and dry hop. Use all 6 oz and save some Galaxy and Simcoe for the dry hopping. Should make a great beer.
