Well the plan for brewing tonight was to do my first full volume boil. But I realized I'll be boiling all the o2 out with no
Real means to get any back in the water. Is it better to boil say 3 gal or so and ad two gallons of water later? 4 and 1? Thanks for the help guys.

You should be aerating the wort after the boil whether you have a full boil or not. If you haven't been doing so, start. It's really as simple as vigorously rocking the bucket/carboy for a few minutes.

Rock the fermentor or I pour back and forth from the kettle to the bucket a couple of times after I chill of course.

I find pouring the wort through a strainer set on top of fermenter bucket is enough to aerate because after I do there is a lot of froth and also no hop sludge!

Best to do a full wort boil. Don't worry about aerating, because it isn't hard to do.

Just shake the fermenter back and forth vigorously at the same time you are draining. Once it's full, cover the top with a solid cap, and shake for a few minutes more. This is does the job great.
