Tired Hands newest bottle offering:
Back into the Emptiness is a rose-hued wine barrel fermented Saison conditioned for many months on French Policeman grapes grown by our great farmer friend, Tom Culton. Tom's family has been cultivating these grapes for over 75 years on his family's farm in Lancaster, Pa. We produced roughly 475 bottles of this beer. 7.0% abv.
Looking for all the obvious culprits from Vermont, along with barrel aged stuff. Mainly looking for GI Prop, BCBCS, BBPt5, Mocha Wednesday, and possibly some Upland sours.
Cheers!
