Fruit to carboy miscalc

I brewed a 5 gal batch of a belgium wit thats was supposed to be racked onto 5 lbs of peaches...i did everything correct except take into consideration the amount of space the peaches took up in my carboy...i now have half a batch on top of the peaches with the second half of the batch still in the primary...should i keg the first half and then rack the remaining beer ontop of the peaches or will the peaches need to be tossed? I was goin to keg after 5-7 days of the beer sittin in the peahes
