Hello from middle Georgia ! Been scanning the forums for awhile and finally signed up. I ran across a youtube video on how to make "inmate brew" with apple juice and before it was done fermenting I had spend countless hours doing homework and had started a 2 gallon of mixed berry and then a MUCH improved 3 gallons of apple juice. Needless to say that I am thoroughly addicted to brewing now and lay in bed at night thinking of new things I want to try. Thanks for all of the great advice so far and hopefully I can contribute :cross:
