Luckily, my wife was there and the yeast was not frozen. I am interested in the answer myself, but my gut tells me yeasties don't take being frozen too kindly.

OP OP houndhome1 Well-Known Member Joined Aug 5, 2007 Messages 101 Reaction score 0 Location Connecticut Jan 18, 2009 #3 I left it out just long enough for it to turn back to a liquid, then put it in the refig. I'm not feeling good about this. I brought the package right after I got it. IT was at the end of the day, I think it sat on the UPS truck all day at 10 degree's.
