Long story short: I used a new minifridge to cold crash a batch of BM's OktoberFAST and forgot about it during a busy weekend. I went to bottle it today and it was frozen nearly solid. Could have been that way for a full day or two. This is in a 3 gallon Better Bottle. Bottle seems fine. I'm thawing it and just gonna carry on but I'm wondering if the yeast might have been significantly damaged? I'm debating tossing maybe a gram in when priming. On the other hand I know they're hardy fvckers and I should probably RDWHAHB...

Yes, they are hardy little bastards... but a little extra insurance wouldn't hurt. The frozen ones already did their job, so why not call in second shift for carbing just to be safe?
