How do I achieve this? I was reading a magazine of northern brewer and all the pics show delicious looking glasses with nice creamy heads!

I was thinking carapils maybe? And at what percentage to the grain bill? Is this achievable by kegging?

Probably even more achievable with kegging. Carapils would def. be a good place to start. More vigorous pour. More hops also help with retention
