looking to brew a beer this weekend, with FRESH chinooks... Something I can have bottled and drinkable by October 14th? Thats not reallt he issue, but we have a comp coming up and that would be great, but not a dealbreaker... we also have almost every other hop available in pellet on hand...

we have tons of cascade, buts its dry... any suggestions

yes... but that one I think only uses a little chinook... , But I would just use more... perhaps some to bitter, then several additions of chinook, simcoe after 30, then maybe flame out with cascade and chinook... and no dry hop to speed up my timeline... lol

arrogant bastard not sure how much they use that's all i got it's friday and close to beer thirty for me

also i think you have to use like 4-5 times (i think) the amt with fresh hops correct b/c the decreased potency?
