Forrest fruit cider. Help!

Hi. Been making cider for a year now and haven't had any trouble in the past until now. I decided to make a fruit cider using a bag of dark Forrest fruits. The cider worked well and even tasted really good when I came to bottle it. How ever 3 days later I noticed alot of stringy stuff throughout my whole batch. Anyone know what it is and if it can be saved thanks.
