Hello all! I am a rookie soda maker and I just completed my first batch of root beer. Right now it's carbonating using champagne yeast.
My question is how can I force carbonate just 1 gallon of root beer.
I've thought about using a mini keg like this http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001RUW64K/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 and adding a carbonation stone from the top. Then I would immediatky put the carbonated soda in GLASS bottles, because artisan soda always taste better from glass
Can any one give me advice on how I would go about doing. Is my idea right? Other than the co2 canister what else would I have to buy?
Thank you for your help,
Brent
