Bottom line, my Kegging system is in storage on the other side of the world. My family is asking I try my hand at root beer due to some of the inlaws decisions not to knowingly consume alcohol, regardless of the abv (re. alcoholism). So I am opting out of the yeast carbing methode What are your thoughts about carbing with a drink tank or grower saver? I have access to plenty of C02 cartridges at local bike shops.

The price is not an issue, because its for the family, it comes from the family budget:rockin:

The 64 oz size of a drink tank is probably about right and if I run out add extract, cold water, gas, shake, gas, shake, gas, shake right?
.
Thanks and happy memorial day weekend, well as happy as it can be, considering.
