So I had an issue with my inkbird temp controller power….and when I put the probe back its in a different spot. I like where it is now. Problem is, all 3 kegs are having the foamy first beer problem since I moved the probe. How do I fix the foaming issue?

do I purge each keg and disconnect the co2 for a few days? then carb them up again?

I did change the temperature as well, but now its back to 39 degrees where I orginally had it.

Could simply be that everything warmed up - lines, shanks, even the kegs a bit.
Be patient, let everything go through a couple of cold cycles, and then see how they pour.
Definitely do not mess with the carbonation, clearly you did nothing to change that...

Cheers!
