Hi. I remember seing a thread about the different infections but i cant find it

I have just pitched my 5th brew last night. Early in the morning the bubbles have started but a few hours later most of the sediment floated. I havent seen this in my last 4 brews (been brewing the same recipe) could it be an infection?

The only difference I see is lower temperature about 70F while before I was in the 74F range

I used iodine solution to sanitize my equipment which I had prepared and used 5 days ago

Thanks

Looks perfectly normal. Looks like big old clumps of coagulated proteins that are being suspended with co2. Happens to me all the time. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply
Its wierd how even following the same recepee things can look different. I was worried

Whirlifloc too - Whirlifloc is the concentrated version of the active stuff in Irish moss.
