Hey All-

I have had a english style pale sitting in primary for over 3 weeks and getting ready to bottle. Opened the lid and saw these floaters. Any issues? Smells like beer so I can only shrug. I messed up taking samples so this is a flying blind beer so to speak. It has been fermenting this whole time around 64-66 degrees. I use a ss brew bucket.

Looks like dried-out yeast floating on the surface to me which is not that surprising after 3 weeks in the fermenter.

Yup, definitely yeast rafts. No worries.
I can't remember which strain I've used that does something similar (though a lot earlier than 3 weeks).
I'm thinking it might have been S04...

Cheers!
