Just got my Ebay bargain and I can't find anything to check it for accuracy. I slapped an empty homer bucket up on it and it came in @ 2lbs... can anyone out there verify this? Thanks

A liter of water should be 2.2lbs, a pint of water should be 1 lb... measure the water and put it in a plastic bag for minimal weight increase?

No problem. I overlooked the simple assumption that your scale has a tare function? So just tare whatever vessel you're putting the water in I guess.
