First post, ill start by saying what a great resource this site is, im constantly amazed by the amount of information available.

i finally got my ass into gear over the last few months and decided to upgrade my brewing from bottles to a keezer system. I had a few rough ideas what i wanted but sort of made it up a lot as i went. i started off by purchasing a second hand freezer and sort of went from there.

I used Australian hardwood for the finish and went for a rustic look, a heck of a lot gluing and clamping and sanding but i got there in the end.

very good looking build. what'd you do to get the burn marks on the rough sawn wood in the tower? maybe a light torching?

nicely done.

Cheers mate, the wood was like that already so i saved that piece for the front for a bit of character. For the finish i used a light varnish and thats about it.
