Fishing/Camping CO or UT

Looking for places to go in Colorado or Utah, probably in July.

It's shaping up to be a boys trip to hang out, drink beer, and talk about how cool we used to be. I'd like to find a place that won't be too crowded, or the campsites have some separation so we don't piss off too many people if/when we decide we're rock stars.

We're not hard core fishermen, but it would be good to catch something.

What style camping are you looking for? I have a few great spots in CO, but they're a little remote and require some rough hiking (no climbing though).

Pretty much needs to be a drive-up site.
