First try at a recipe - Quenching Florida heat with "Tropicool"

5 gallon batch

• 6 lb Briess Gold Malt Extract Syrup
• 4 lb Thomas Fawcett - English Pearl Pale Ale Malt
• 1 oz Azacca aroma hops
• 1 oz Galena boil hops
• LalBrew® Windsor British Ale Yeast
  
• Extras : bitter orange peel, coriander, possibly maltodextrin

Any comments on this relatively basic recipe? Anything you'd change, add, enhance, etc.? This was created simply from researching a few malts, grains and hops, and basing it off of the kits I've done so far.

Note: I can't seem to find the Gold Malt on brewersfriend
