Got a clinger on the side of the flask as seen in the picture below. is this valuable yeast or is it more likely a clump of DME? if yeast, should I try to knock it into solution? and if DME should i try to extract it with a sanitized utensil? I will be making a step up in the same flask so i am concerened it will at some point come into contact with the solution.
