How far do you want to take your brewing?

  • I'm only interested in brewing for my family and friends, I don't wish to go any further.

  • I currently brew alone, but would like to join a group or club to learn more and share my recipes.

  • I'd eventually like to start my own micro brewery.

  • I currently sell my brews to local bars, and own or share ownership in my own micro brewery.

  • I have my own micro brewery/ share ownership in one, and would like to start selling commerically

Hey everyone,

It's my first time posting here, and I had one big question for all of you. How far would you like to take your brewing?

I'll have five options and if there's other answers you can comment below.

1. I'm only interested in brewing for my family and friends, I don't wish to go any further.

2. I currently brew alone, but would like to join a group or club to learn more and share my recipes.

3. I'd eventually like to start my own micro brewery.

4. I currently sell my brews to local bars, and own or share ownership in my own micro brewery.

5. I have my own micro brewery/ share ownership in one, and would like to start selling commerically

How can you sell beer WITHOUT being a microbrewery? Do you mean mass distribution versus selling local?

I've always liked the idea of opening up a brewpub myself, not too interested in distribution outside of that scope.

You can do an actual poll.

There is a place to check near the bottom of the "new thread" screen.

That being said, I mainly brew for me also. My friends love my beer too much.

Yeah, I had one setup, but it didn't come through for some reason...now I'm trying to add it back in?

Update: figured it out...

Currently the brewer at a brewpub, but my plan is to either open my own brewery or have a vested interest in one from the ground up.
