Bottle conditioned for two weeks - I realize that's still a little young but that's okay because I want to learn how a homebrew matures as it ages.
The very first thing I noticed is that it tasted very similar to another beer I've had before. It took me a while to place it but I'm mostly positive that it reminds me of a pumpkin beer I had last fall "Jack O' Traveler Pumpkin Shandy" minus the pumpkin spice flavors.
Overall, good. Very drinkable. A bit more dry than I expected but no off flavors as far as I could tell. One small disappointment is that there is no crisp hop finish like expected with some of the commercial examples. But an overall success and positive step in the homebrew hobby!:rockin:
