Last week I bottled my first brew an all grain lager. I cheked one of the bottles after a week of bottle conditioning and the beer is very cloudy even after 3 weeks of lagering and one week of bottle conditioning also has a very bitter and harsh taste "not hops". I am currently using a corona mill and was wondering if the grind could be causing my problems or if it may be something else?:mug:

Could be that you extracted some tannins if you crushed the grain too fine. I wouldn't worry, though, the beer also sounds really young. Lagering usually occurs over a lot longer than three weeks, and one week in the bottles isn't very long either. Give it another couple weeks before worrying.

More likely it was the way you mashed. I use a porkert (corona) type
and I also crush very fine . I have no issues with the way my brews
turn out.

Patience..It will most likely be OK after a little time.
