10 gal of wort with mid hop character. Simcoe 2.5oz 60, Simco 3 oz 45, Citra 2.5 oz 5 min.

Two 5 gal fermenters with a Mt Hood and an English yeast.

Nice. Haven't brewed yet, but I'm sitting on a BB Irish stout kit I'm going to do Thursday.
Just finished bottling the last batch of 2014(esb), and I'm taking a small break before racking a sour graff onto peaches.

Coffee Stout, OG 1.134, still fermenting @ 1.050. Hoping to hit 1.035.

2015 I am starting to control temp in fermentation, via a fridge. Too bad the temp out there is lager temp this week instead of all temp. We did hit 60 twice this week. Have not been able to get a warmer to put in there this week. Extra work and fun side of life both in high gear this year.
