first all grain

i have done 2 extract brews and now want to go grain but dont really have a clue the easiest way to do it can someone give me step by step instructions or a video link

I agree with the above. Watch a few YouTube videos to get an idea of how it works. Then.....sit for a few hours and read the threads under 'All Grain' in this forum. Two weeks ago, I had no idea what AG was about but I'm about ready to do my first as soon as some supplies arrive. Most was learned on this site along with a book I have. I've picked up tons of useful information scouring posts on this site.....
