Hello all,

Been lurking for a while, this is my first real post. Been brewing for about a year and a half (10 extract batches). I am about to do my first AG batch using the Denny Brew batch sparge cooler set up. The brew I am doing is NB's Dead Ringer, pre-crushed as I don't have a mill yet.

I was looking in to water profiles and conditioning and come up with the following based on my tap water and the style of beer.

Dilution water is distilled to reduce chloride and sodium. Please provide any feedback. Tried to figure this out on my own. Hopefully I did OK.

Thank you. Very excited to get this first batch off the ground.

What is your grain bill? This is important to predict your mash pH.

11 pounds Rahr 2 row. 1 pound Briess Carmel 40.

This was put in to the spreadsheet as well. More concerned about the ion ratios.

It's a little high in sulfates for my taste. I might back down the gypsum a bit to get closer to the 250pm range. Other than that, this looks good to me!
