Hey all So started this batch on 17th so been going about a week now pretty steady until recently been stuck at 1.03 past few days without any noticeable activity in airlock

5gal bucket with 4 gallons kirkland applejuice with gallon of cider from a local cidermill with nottingham ale yeast SG was about 1.08 stored in doors so prob been around 60 something F

I also added some pureed blueberries which wondering if the film is just from that or if its something i should be concerned about at all. added photo to check out

Looks like fermentation to me. You'll know when its an infection...

Ciders can take a long time to finish so I wouldn't go by the "if the gravity is stable for 3 day its done" advice. More like stable over a month and dropped mostly clear...

ah cool was thinking so but wasnt sure im not in any hurry or anything. Thanks for the reply
