I figure it works so much in nature, might as well try it in a beer.
Tell me what I'm doing wrong (not so good at making recipes)

40% 2 row
25- MO
15- Pilsner
10- flaked wheat
5- oats
5- carapils

For hops I'd use 120g in a 4 liter batch
I'm not sure how each will split them up amongst the additions but I would use...

10g (.35) Falconers Flight
10g (.35) Kohatu(whirlpool?)
20g (.7) Citra
30g (1.05) Mosiac
50g (1.7) Denali

This would be when I'd put them in...

48g (1.69oz) dry hop 2
30g (1.05) dry hop 1 (during fermentation?)
18 (.63) whirlpool
12 (.42) 5 minutes boil
6 (.2) 10 minutes boil
6 (.2) FWH

Any suggestions on what to change? I'd like to make the times fit the sequence as well, but not sure how I'd go about that and not ending heaps into the boil and making it too bitter

For times, I think the only thing you could do would be 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 25 mins, and then 40 mins. You would treat the 40 mins addition as a bittering addition, but realize that it will impart some flavor as well. 5, 15, 20, 35, and 55 might also be an option.

Just for the record, I do not think this is going to work out for you.....but here's to experimentation! :ban::ban::ban:

Yeah, it's on the backburner for now, it'd be one of those beers you make just for the name or gimmick
