alright, any ideas? I know others have seen/used these Ace poly conicals. I need to do better for the outlet. Its a 3" female for the conical.
Ideally I have a goos size valve for the yeast to pass into a Mason jar or some container to catch yeast. Yeast catch is removable and then easy switch to a barb or tri-clamp for transfer to a keg.
Right now I have a 3" pvc to a 1/2 valve. It does the job. But I'd like to see the yeast settled versus opening the valve and hoping for a good estimate of how much to allow out.
