Fermenting Vessels

Hey everyone

I've been brewing for about two years, with a brew at least every other week. I'm looking for the next step up in FV from my regular Fermonsters. Conical would be nice, as would pressure fermenting, as long as they fit side by side in my chest freezer. Any advice on what (not to) buy?

I can't speak highly enough about Spike fv . Ive heared great things about Ss Brewtech as well. Just gotta look at all of them and see which one makes sense for you.

I think the biggest question ties into budget, considering there are so many FVs on the market now at so many different price points. Also, will you need cooling / heating capabilities?

FWIW, I'm in the same boat and frankly I'm lost at this point. So many options, and they all look great. At what point does it get too complicated for what I need though? Looking to upgrade from a Spiedel 30L + 60L fermenter myself...not starting a brewery any time soon haha

Yeah we brew semi-commercially, with at least 30-50 gallon per month. But with the limited space we have for temperature controlled ferments and no budget for a glycol system, I'll probably go cheap & efficient and upgrade next year
